Fowlmere is one of the southernmost villages in Cambridgeshire. It is very close to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford and only nine miles from the City of Cambridge.

The village is steeped in history and has an ancient landmark called the ‘Round Moat’, which is the remains of an early Saxon settlement dated from around the ninth century.
